🔹 Key Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, metal fabrication, assembly.
2. Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo) is preferred.
3. Plan, monitor, and optimize daily production activities.
4. Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
5. Analyze production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Coordinate with design, maintenance, quality, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
7. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
8. Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
9. Prepare production reports and documentation.
10. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations.
11. Support internal audits and maintain quality records.
12. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure vendor quality compliance.
